This latest version of Vodofone Mobile Connect which is now available for downloading has more features than the old version which is included with the USB stick or other device. However, if your computer is also connected to an Ethernet network, then this version of Vodofone Mobile Connect tries to connect to the Internet via your local network instead of via the USB stick. This problem is easy to correct, but it is a "feature" that the old version does not have! It is easy enough to uninstall this new version if you don't like it, because the old version is permanently available on the USB stick.
